Daylight Studio Photography, with Andrew French

Daylight studio photography allows photographers to shoot very specific images.
The workshop is centered on daylight photography studio techniques, with models.
The workshop will take place in Sion (VS) May 26 and 27, 2002, 9.30am – 4pm. It is opened to professional as well as amateur photographers. Attendance is limited to 4.
Workshop fee is CHF 450 for one day, CHF 800 for 2 days. (CHF 390/740 for USPP members, AVS & students)

Andrew French (www.andrewfrench.com) is a portrait and lifestyle photographer based in New York City. He shoots editorial and commercial work, inspired by the signature look of his daylight studio in Union Square. Clients include Food & Wine, TIME, House & Garden, and Esquire, among others.
His work is largely influenced by many of the photographers he assisted early in his career including Mary Ellen Mark, Ruth Orkin and Ilse Bing. Passionate about photography and the creative process, he enjoys teaching and sharing his knowledge. He teaches private photography and lighting workshops and is on the faculty at the International Center of Photography and New York University.
